Site Rules

All non site guns will be chronographed and marked with a coloured sticker to denote fps for quick ID by the marshals (no exceptions).

All fps is measured with standard 0.2g BB's.
Full-auto limit = 350fps green
Semi-auto limit = 400fps yellow
Single action = 500fps red

All players will keep to their minimum engagement distance (persistent offenders will receive a strike).

400fps = 20 metres
500fps = 30 metres

Three strikes in two games = one game ban.

All players will take their hits, if you don't take your hits then you are a cheat! (A player found to be cheating will receive a strike).

Two strikes in one day = your day will be over. (You will be removed from site).

Marshals alone will decide on who has not taken their hit. If you feel your enemy is not taking their hits, bring it to the attention of a marshal. If you go into an immature rant you will be ignored, if you persist in this way you will receive a strike.

If a player shoots/grenades a member of his own team(teamkill), he must do the dead time with that player. (BOTH must go to the dead zone).

BANG kills are to be used when two players are at close proximity. If the player does not accept this and attempts to fire at you feel free to engage. (Emptying your mag on full auto is unacceptable and will earn you a strike, one or two shots is plenty enough.)

No blind firing - you must be looking at your target.

Dead men can't talk (no really, they can't).

Wherever possible you must aim at a persons body mass (chest area), although we do understand sometimes this is unavoidable so we recommend full face protection at all time.

Any player firing at another when not in play will be banned immediately.

Any player arriving on site with a gun not kept in a suitable bag / case will not be allowed to play. (keep your guns well out of sight).

Any player reported to ISLAND RECON to be using their guns in any other manner than intended (I.E if police intervention is required) and thus bringing our sport into disrepute will be banned for life, reported to UKARA and, if registered, have their name removed from the national database.

Airsoft is a non contact sport and ISLAND RECON has zero tolerance policy towards any form of verbal or physical abuse against staff or players. You will be banned for life and your details will be passed onto the police.

Marshal's word is FINAL, if you have an issue with one of our appointed marshals take the issue up with one of the site owners.

These rules are not an attempt to lord over anyone and most of you will recognise them as a way of ensuring smooth fair play in a safe environment.
